Each YSTERA creation is handcrafted in Greece and prepared with care.

Please allow 10–12 business days for your piece to be handcrafted and prepared for dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times from dispatch and may vary slightly depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery within the European Union (EU) is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, customers from non-EU countries may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery. Please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection, under which we have no control, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to return an item, please email us within 10 days of delivery, explaining the reason for your return. We will then guide you through the return process.

Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the full value of the product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged or show signs of use.

Personalized or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.
