At YSTERA, every creation is handcrafted in Greece with intention, care and attention to detail.
Because our pieces are individually crafted, each order begins its journey with our makers once it has been placed.
RETURNS
For standard YSTERA creations, customers have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 10 days of delivery at:
Please note that contacting us within 10 days is our requested return-notification procedure and does not limit or replace the customer’s statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the applicable refund will be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by YSTERA.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a standard return, the piece must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
We cannot accept returns of pieces that have been worn, damaged or altered after delivery.
Personalized or custom-made pieces are not eligible for withdrawal unless required by applicable law.
