YSTERA is an online fine-jewellery business operated by Eleni Lakopoulou in Greece (AFM 147611630, GEMI 19301553000), registered business activity address: Oichalia, O.T. K, 42300 Neochori, Greece.

By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing here limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under Greek or European Union law.

YSTERA creates fine-jewellery pieces, handcrafted in Greece. The characteristics, materials, stones, dimensions and images shown for each piece are described as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because our jewellery is handmade and natural materials are unique, very minor variations in appearance may occur. Such minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect and do not affect your statutory rights if a piece is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

We take care to present each creation accurately. Screens reproduce colour differently, so photographs are indicative rather than exact.

If any detail on a product page is unclear, please write to info@ystera-jewelry.com before ordering and we will confirm it for you.

The price displayed on the website at the time you place your order is the price applicable to your purchase.

Any applicable taxes, including VAT, are handled in accordance with applicable law and are shown as part of the order total at checkout.

Where an order is shipped outside the European Union, any duties or import taxes are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are not included in the purchase price.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The purchase contract is formed once YSTERA has processed and accepted your order.

You will receive an order confirmation electronically. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and any amount already paid will be refunded.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider. YSTERA does not store full card details.

YSTERA pieces are individually handcrafted in Greece.

Where a piece is made to order, the applicable production timeframe is stated on the relevant product page and confirmed before purchase. Production time is separate from transit time.

Orders are shipped using the delivery service presented at checkout and described in our Shipping information.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are those shown at checkout for your destination at the time of purchase.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact info@ystera-jewelry.com as soon as reasonably possible so that we can resolve it.

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, subject to the legally applicable exceptions described below.

The period generally runs from the day you take physical possession of the goods.

You do not need to give a reason.

You must inform us of your decision within the applicable period, by an unambiguous statement — for example by email to info@ystera-jewelry.com, or using the standard withdrawal form and online withdrawal request.

You must then return the goods within the applicable period after informing us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods where this is permitted by law and has been disclosed to you before purchase.

Refunds are made within the legally applicable timeframe, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are unaffected.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where that legal exception genuinely applies. For standard YSTERA creations, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Where an exception applies to a specific piece, we will inform you before you place your order.

Where a refund is due, it is processed in accordance with applicable consumer law, within the legally applicable timeframe and using the original means of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Where you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Your statutory rights relating to defective, faulty or non-conforming goods apply in full and are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is not your only remedy.

If a piece is damaged, defective or differs from what you ordered, please contact info@ystera-jewelry.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

The YSTERA brand identity, logo, name, text, images, graphics, product photography, website design and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or commercially exploited without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

This website is provided for browsing and for placing orders. Please do not use it in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that infringes the rights of others.

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Greek or European Union law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection and product liability rules.

For any complaint about an order, a product, delivery or our service, please write to info@ystera-jewelry.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Purchases from YSTERA are governed by Greek law, together with all mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under European Union law and any other mandatory law applicable to the consumer.
