Standard YSTERA creations are made to order and require approximately 10–12 days for creation before dispatch.

This period refers to production only and does not include transit time after dispatch.

Each YSTERA creation is handcrafted in Greece and prepared individually for its new owner.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking information.

Orders over €500 are covered by our shipping insurance arrangement.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges are determined by the authorities of the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
